I try to make a point of asking about my weaknesses during my annual and semiannual reviews and I&#039;ve noticed that you really need to build up a certain level of trust between you and your boss to get them to really open up and tell you specifically what you&#039;re doing bad. I think most people like to give positive feedback, but fear the reprecussions of negative feedback.</description>

Who you were in your resume and during your interview can be totally different from who you are in the work environment.</description>
